That flower book only sold for five bucks but I looked it up on eBay and see it has a sales rank of four million and sells for $1 over there. There are lots of descriptive “lists” in this book – of landscapes, of types of people, of the American systems of education, of law, of love, of passion – and they are as acutely read as they were written.

The sign up window has closed for 2016 official events. Amazon has also stopped drop shipping books from Ingram, a relationship that made their early claims to having the biggest selection in the world feasible.
